Description of Repair: Fireplace comes included with ICE and Crystal media along with a remote and manual. The outer sheet metal had some fairly decent dents which have been straightened out the best they can as seen in the photos. The fireplace works perfectly and when it is installed, framed in, dry walled and finished, the dents will never be seen.
