DESCRIPTION: The 102765-XS-OOB is an electric linear fireplace by REMII. It is a 65” unit that is only 4” deep for 2 x 4 framing or can be wall hung. It was returned has it had a broken flame effect glass which has since been replaced. It was cleaned out but do not be surprised if one small piece of rouge glass rattles. It has been tested and works perfectly. It is also rated for outdoor use. It comes with the manual, multicolored crystal media, hardware and a remote control. The factory carton as seen better days but has the fireplace is well packed. SN: 122017410005
