The 102765-XS-OOB is an electric linear fireplace by REMII. It is a 65” unit that is only 4” deep for 2 x 4 framing or can be wall hung. It was returned as it had a broken flame effect glass which has since been replaced and was cleaned out. It has been tested and works perfectly. It is also rated for outdoor use. It comes with the manual, clear crystal media, hardware and a remote control. The factory carton as been resealed and the fireplace is well packed. S/N 122017410018
